A racing driver's opinion
on Feelmax footwear
I have been wearing Feelmax footwear regularly during gym training and in my free time for over a year now. I have clearly noticed development in the strength and control of the muscles in the soles of my feet and in my ankles. The development is evident, especially during balance exercises.
The Feelmax shoes are also easy to bring along on race and training trips, because they take very little space. They are also comfortable after a day in the car or during flights.

Feelmax as work equipment
and to facilitate exercise
I’m a physiotherapist. At work, I spend much of the time on my feet. I use Feelmax footwear as my working shoes. The contact with the floor is more balanced than with normal shoes or sandals, which in my opinion is due to the feeling of the floor on the foot. Supervising stretching exercises, for example, is easy without taking my shoes off. The shoes also fit well.
I use light Feelmax shoes also when training at the gym. The same things apply there as at work. One of the great benefits is that the training is more effective for the whole body. The contact with and feeling of the floor is better than with normal shoes. Feelmax shoes also provide less support for the sole of the foot and the ankle, which improves the balance. Try weightlifting on one foot, for example – how different it feels wearing indoor shoes and Feelmax footwear. It's certainly worth a try!

A ski jumper's experiences
of the light Feelmax footwear
I had the opportunity to test the new light footwear from Feelmax in autumn 2006, conveniently just when getting ready for the new competition season. I can sincerely say I had plenty of positive experiences when wearing the shoes during warm-ups, skill exercises, and – above all – exercises aimed at increasing physical fitness.
The more sensitive feeling between the foot and the ground, gained with the light footwear, has helped me to better perceive changes in the centre of gravity of the body and improved the ability of my nervous and muscular system to produce individual movements that require bursts of strength.
It is clearly noticeable how training with Feelmax shoes creates increased resistance to the strength-producing mechanism. For the first time in a long while, I really feel that I've been doing something after a training session.
The past season has clearly been the most successful of my career, both on the hill and on the test mat. A period of several years of slow development is turning in a better direction – and now I'm especially thinking of my achievement of the 10th place in the World Cup competition in Ruka.

A sea chef's experiences
of Feelmax toe socks
I have used Feelmax toe socks since 2001. I got acquainted with the product through my friends. At first I had a good laugh at them ;) but soon I was convinced. Right at first, the feeling between my toes was a bit strange. After a few times wearing the socks to get used to them, I found it hard to wear normal ones again. I got a clammy feeling between my toes very quickly. Wearing toe socks, I never get that feeling at all. Today, I swear by Feelmax X-Silver socks.
The true beauty of the X-Silver socks is their odourlessness. The socks can be washed tens of times before the antibacterial effect begins to diminish. Therefore, they are excellently suited to being worn in closed working shoes.
A new and great experience for me has been the new Feelmax Footwear shoes I had the chance to try. The feeling with these shoes is like walking barefoot. Absolutely fantastic. This is my new favourite alongside the older product. I can only imagine how it will relax my feet and how fabulous it will feel to walk on the cliffs in the Rauma archipelago in summertime wearing these shoes. Thanks to their strong special sole, I won't even need to worry about stray pieces of glass that, unfortunately, someone leaves there.

Feelmax footwear in gym training
I have suffered from a pronation problem since childhood. When I'm wearing Feelmax shoes, my feet need to work actively, which strengthens the small muscles in my feet, ankles, and shins alike. I've noticed that the position of my feet has improved, and I've unconsciously learnt to step a little differently, which decreases the pronation problem.
When I'm training at the gym wearing Feelmax footwear, I am in good contact with the ground, my posture is good, and I have better control of my body. When I am exercising my legs, my ankles move more freely and finding the centre of gravity on my foot is easier than when I’m wearing normal training shoes.
When one uses aerobic devices, such as a skating machine, cross-trainer, or exercise bike, the ankle and the ball of the foot can move more freely. This makes the training more free and, in my opinion, also more efficient. The motion of the knee is better as well, and consequently the movement of the pelvis is wide.
The shoes don't make the feet sweat. I also sincerely recommend wearing ankle socks designed for sports use in the shoe.
